The team at Grassi & Associates has been building residences, wineries and estates in the Napa and Sonoma Valley's for more than 20 years. Many of our employees have been with us for that duration. We have forty-six employees; three project managers, ten site superintendents, thirty-one carpenters – ranging from journeymen to laborers, an office manager and a project facilitator.
