Grassi & Associates Office

Grassi moved into their current riverfront location in 2014. They grew out of their Downtown Napa home built in 1870 and found a larger light industrial space in a commercial area near the Oxbow Bypass and Commons. The empty two-story building formerly housed Beevers' Welding & Steel Supply and an automotive business. Grassi converted the neglected structure into a functional office and workshop with longtime collaborators; Juancarlos Fernandez of Signum Architecture, interior design by Shopworks, and Lutsko Associates' landscaping. Best of all, the back parking lot is perfect for Grassi's Spring Social and Bike Ride.
