Contemporary Yountville

Grassi built this contemporary Yountville residence with Field Architecture, where three generations gather and create memories. Field designed the 11,000 square foot complex as a series of smaller buildings, with the living, dining room, and kitchen organized around the patio, pool, and gardens.  Large window walls slide open to showcase the scenic views and allow easy access to the outdoors. On the exterior, the timber frame home blends into the landscape with its stucco exterior, zinc room, and stone paving, complemented on the interior with plaster veneer walls and reclaimed wood floors.
